Eleven month agreements from TNHB Nandanam EE are requested not to insist on renewal of rental agreement, Since as per court order we are paying the rent with 5% increment of every year.

LCWA requested the TNHB to provide 24hrs security to our colony.

LCWA requested the Police to provide three outposts at locations to be indicated by us in our colony.

Follow Up with Corporation commissioner to implement TNHB request of center median at Lloyds Colony to regulate unauthorized parking in our colony.

Conducted a cleanliness awareness program to avoid dumping rubbish on our colony campus.

Implemented the door to door garbage pickup from Chennai Corporation in our colony.

Regular reminder and official letter to TNHB MD,EE & AE for the essential maintenance activities.

Conducted a free Medical camp at our colony school campus.

Conducting tuition and yoga center at our colony school campus for our members and the revenue will be used for maintenance of the school based on a decision taken at the General body meeting held on 22nd January 2019.

Representation with MD, Deputy Chief Minister and Chief Minister for the sudden rent hike.
